Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours BEFORE their scheduled appointment. If the client is a no call/no show, they will still be charged the full price for the service scheduled. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time slot. In the case of a no call/no show/late client, the credit card on file will be automatically charged. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and the same rules stated above will be applied. Deposits are required on all full sets and foreign fills and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your visit please do so at least 24hrs BEFORE your appt. If you reschedule before 24hrs your deposits can be applied to your new scheduled date. No refunds.
